Prior to co-founding Signal Sciences, Andrew has been building leading edge, highly performing product and sales teams across five continents for +15 years with such companies as Etsy, Google, and the Clinton Foundation. His book Cracking Security Misconceptions encourages non-security professionals to take part in organizational security. Nick Galbreath is co-founder and CTO of Signal Sciences. For 25 years, Nick has held leadership positions in number of high growth startups in ecommerce (Etsy, UPromise and Open Market) and programmatic adtech (Right Media, AppNexus, IPONWEB). Along the way he has frequently spoken on the intersection of engineering, operations and security. He is the author of “Cryptography for Internet and Database Applications,” and was awarded a number of patents in the area of social networking, data structures, and system architecture. He holds a master’s degree in mathematics from Boston University and currently resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife and baby. (Download Hi-Res Photo)

Zane Lackey is the Co-Founder and Chief Security Officer at Signal Sciences, and the author of Building a Modern Security Program (O’Reilly Media). He serves on multiple Advisory Boards including the National Technology Security Coalition, the Internet Bug Bounty Program, and the US State Department-backed Open Technology Fund. RVP of Enterprise Sales

Chad Deal is RVP, Enterprise Sales for Signal Sciences. Chad brings over 18 years of enterprise sales experience to lead both the Enterprise and Channel Sales organizations at Signal Sciences.  Prior to Signal Sciences Chad has held various sales and sales leadership positions, most recently as a sales leader at Sirius Computer Solutions. Prior to this, he helped lead teams and deliver consistent revenue growth at Xsigo Systems, VMware, Hitachi Data Systems, and SunGard Availability Services.  Chad holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Iowa.

Chaz MacLaughlin is the RVP, Commercial Sales at Signal Sciences. Chaz is an experienced go-to-market sales leader with a track record of driving revenue growth in cybersecurity. Over the past fifteen years, he has held various sales positions, most recently as a sales leader at MobileIron. Prior to this, he held senior sales positions at Imperva and IMlogic. Chaz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administrations from Saint Michael’s College.

Jessica Carroll is the VP, People at Signal Sciences, where she leads People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Culture & Experience. She is passionate about building and executing the people strategy of high-growth tech organizations and leveraging their most valuable asset – their people, to achieve success. Over the past eighteen years, Jess has delivered on key HR initiatives at progressive companies such as Red Bull North America, TechStyle, Magento Commerce (acquired by Adobe), and Pluto TV (acquired by Viacom). Jonathan DiVincenzo, VP of Product Management

Jonathan DiVincenzo

VP of Product Management

Jonathan is the Vice President of Product at Signal Sciences and is passionate about innovative technology and business in the start-up space. Prior to this role, Jonathan lead the product team at EdgeCast Networks, a Content Delivery Network which was sold to Verizon thanks to some of his very own innovations (Jonathan has been granted 3 patents). While at EdgeCast, Jonathan amassed a wealth of knowledge regarding security for distributed systems and is excited to continue applying that insight to Signal Sciences, a fast-paced, Gartner award-winning start-up. Previous to Product Management, Jonathan worked as a developer for Twentieth Century FOX and The Wall Street Journal. Tina Ong

Tina is the VP, Finance at Signal Sciences. Prior to Signal Sciences, Tina’s experiences included building out finance, business operations, and analytics functions within high growth start-ups for successful exits, and working with Fortune 500 companies to expand their footprint in Singapore.
