About the Role

Our team is growing and we are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to help maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. The ideal candidate would be a positive, creative, self-starter who loves effective processes, experimenting and implementing efficiencies that the entire marketing team can benefit from. You will be working in a fast-paced startup environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Execute email nurture process across several marketing technology systems, supporting the marketing team’s overall operations.
  • Day-to-day marketing automation support and execution; including, but not limited to, campaign set-up, list uploads, list and segmentation support, and workflow creation.
  • Execute and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, lead nurturing, database management and analysis.
  • Weekly management of metrics reports on marketing and sales activities that detail their effectiveness and business impact.
  • Create and manage documentation of how to work with marketing operations for different groups and enable them to work better with our team

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of marketing experience.
  • High-tech and B2B background strongly preferred including knowledge of basic demand generation, webinar execution, and marketing systems
  • Understand the concept of a funnel and how leads or potential customers move through that funnel with different sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting marketing and sales KPIs and data analysis.
  • Proficient in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies.
  • HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Analytics experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work.
  • Project management, interpersonal, communication and organization skills are a must.
