Job Summary

We are seeking a talented marketing mind to nurture and convert sales leads into happy customers. You will be responsible for understanding what activities increase engagement from our database by using inbound marketing tactics such as email and social media to add value through content, resources, and other calls-to-action. Your goal is to turn interested, qualified leads into successful and delighted customers.

Responsibilities

  • Work with marketing and cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns for various personas and buying funnel stages..
  • Find new approaches to lead nurturing and re-engagement campaigns, including email, social media, blogging, and events.
  • Create and implement new projects and creative ideas that help improve customer conversion rates.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors; like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
  • Build email programs in Hubspot
  • Measure results and optimize campaigns to convert leads to customers.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, technology preferred.
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Proficient using HubSpot or similar marketing automation technology.
  • Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent writer and communicator with the ability to align that communication with the larger company tone.
  • Collaborate with channel-specific markers (blogging, email, social media, etc.) in order to optimize each conversion path.
  • Optimize our marketing’s conversion paths and rates to drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team.
  • Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate and increase funnel marketing efficiencies.
